Gainey Ranch is in an upscale area of Scottsdale so most potential homeowners are going to find homes starting at around $200,000 and exceeding $3 million. Gainey Ranch offers country club and golf course living at its finest. The Gainey Ranch Golf Club was recently named one of the 75 best golf clubs in the nation by Golf Digest.
